Grandma Darlene, Gammy to many, is known as a friend to all. Joy’s Grandmother is an inspirational matriarch for their family. Darlene’s kindness, encouragement and ability to leave every space she has ever entered with a new friend has created a framework for the warm, welcoming environment that we have worked to create.

Joy Darlene, the proud namesake of Darlene, has dreamed of opening an ice cream shop since she was a young girl.  She has spent the last two decades learning and mastering her craft in Denver's restaurant scene and has been at the helm of many pastry programs in the metro area. She leads the team in crafting ice creams, sorbets, frozen desserts and pastries that both honor the classics and the many cuisines she has explored throughout her career.
